Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

This term for cancellations/ exchange & returns shall be eligible for the non-faulty products only by the seller and buyers listed on www.oncbuy.comunder the brand Oncbuy. Over the schemewe have the rights to take the decision ofacceptation or rejections on the cancellation/ returningordered items/services & products and the cancellation/exchange & return must be done being a legal manner without any faulty or illegal intension.

Cancellations Validation Term :-

Cancellation from the Seller Side :- Sometime seller is unable to accept of the certain orders cancellation directly or seller can contact Oncbuy to cancel these orders. Seller rights his own to reject or cancel any order for any of the reason. These cancellation done due to some limitations, non-availability of products ordered by the customers/consumers or any errors in pricing details. We are not liable in any manner all such cancellations without any recourse by buyer. If the order cancelled after done the payment, said amount will be reversed to the customer bank account.

Cancellation from the Customer / Consumer side :- If seller received a cancelation information after the order processed, seller reserves the right to accept or reject the request of cancellations due to some of the reasons according to the failure of term and conditions not followed by customers & cancel the order. Seller may cancel the order & arrange the refund the settled amount as per term to the customers within time frame period. Sometimes seller not able to cancel order while order already processed by seller & the customer accept seller’s decision without any dispute the decisions.

Return Policy

Over the term, as you will purchase products from us, we strive to make our customers satisfied. If you are having trouble with any product/items services or believe it is defective, and/or you’re feeling frustrated, then please sent mail to our support email/seller email to report about your defective product information 48 hours and our team will assist you as soon as possible. For a damaged extension or template, we will request from you a screenshot/video of the issue to be sent to our support service. Some of the product/items are not eligible for return subjected to defective/damaged products but eligible for exchange subjected to term.

  • As you cancel the product/ item due to any of the unsatisfactory reason. You cannot be use the cancelled product any more if you have got refund.

  • There will be no refunds & cancellation charges on you if you may cancel your account due to any reason at before keep on delivery or subjected to term.

  • If the product (after update) is still damaged, we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the product.

  • Return shall be eligible for the non-faulty products & refunds reflect by 14 days in your account.

Exchange Policy

Over the term, exchange policy document making to easy exchange policy. As customer/consumer will purchase products from us, we strive to make our customers satisfied. If you are having some difference in size or quality with any product/items or believe it is not the same which you have ordered, and/or you’re feeling to exchange itthen please sent mail to our support email to report about your exchange product information within 48 hours after received the order. Our team will assist you as soon as possible. Some of the product/items are not eligible for return subjected to defective/damaged products but eligible for exchange subjected to term.For exchange item discrepancy, we will request you to share a screenshot/video of the issue to be sent to our support email info@oncbuy.com.

  • As you purchase the product/ item & find any of the unsatisfactory reason like size/ colour, you can exchange it. We are having easy exchange policy to exchange the product/item due to unsatisfactory reason in some limited reasons like sizes/ quality only. If found any discrepancy/difference into the product/ item which you may wanted to exchange to the concern initial seller.

  • The exchange can be available only on the purchased original product only.

  • The products must be in good conditions only & the product must not be damaged/hamper in anyhow.

  • The product should be same conditions which you have received. The product can be used by you.

  • If the product (after update) is still damaged, we may reject the exchange of damages product & can’t be exchange.

  • If you have ordered multiple items/products & wanted to exchange one of the item from the complete set of order, you may request for exchange the individual product/item by email us.

  • The cost difference between new replaced products on behalf of ordered product, we have to manage price difference subjected to balance the difference amount of new & old amount of the replaced products.

  • Exchange shall be eligible for the non-faulty products & done as shortly possible by the seller. And some changes may applicable on you depends on the return policy.

Exchange Process

  • Exchange product/items to be ready for pick up from your original address & the products should be in good conditions with the original manufacturer’s packaging/ logos/ price tags/ warranty card & original bill at the time of pick up by our trusted delivery agent.

  • The delivery agent may check the product quality/ condition to ensure subject to verify that the products are in good condition & product/item quality & condition meets the specified criteria under the return policy. If the products in faulty condition in any manner you will be not eligible for exchange the products & we are unable to refund amount against these faulty product/items.

  • The delivery will be done at the same address, if address will be change notify us by mail to arrange the delivery on your change address subjectedthe new address should be reachable & in serviceable area and additional delivery charge may applicable on this.

  • After receive the return product, check the quality of the product & If found product in not acceptable condition due to damage faulty products. The product return to shipped you subjected to your cost & you are not applicable for refund against on the faulty products.

After online purchasing, how can I return & what can I return?

As customer done the purchasing and in any of the reason if wanted to cancel the order you may request for cancellation most of the products/items which you buy from sellers listed on the platform within the specific period as per term & return shall be accept into good condition as specified in the product details descriptions terms. These returns shall be accept or reject subjected to terms on the platform.

What terms guided for non-faulty products?
Non-Faulty Products :-
  • Apart from Non-Cancellable Products listed, customers have a legal right to cancel for convenience within 7 days of receipt of the Product. The seller shall extend this right of cancellation for any reason up to 30days from the date the customer acquires physical possession of the Products.

  • Cancellation must be communicated by the customer to the seller via Oncbuy within the 30day period set out.

  • The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to the seller (this may include arranging for a collection at the customer’s cost).

  • If the customer requests a refund on a non-faulty Product, the seller shall provide the customer with a full refund of the product price including any standard postage costs but any applicable delivery there will be not the additional costs other than the least expensive delivery.

  • The seller shall make the refund to the customer without undue delay and no later than 14days after the date it receives the Products back, or (if earlier) 14days after the date of returning which the customer can provide evidence and that it returned the Products.

  • The seller shall make the refund using the same means of payment that the customer used for the purchase.

  • The seller shall not charge the customer any refund processing fees.

What terms guided for faulty products?
Faulty Products :-
  • If the customer identifies that the Product is faulty, the customer must communicate the existence and nature of the fault to the seller via Customer Account Login as soon as reasonably practicable.

  • Some faults may become apparent after the Product has been used for a period of time. Depend upon the Customer’s rights to refunds & other remedies, the amount of time the customer has been in possession of the products as set out below.

  • Up to 30days from the date the customer acquires physical possession of the Product, the customer is entitled to a full refund if the Product is faulty. The right doesn’t apply to any kind of faulty digitally downloadable Products. The seller shall have one opportunity to repair or replace digitally downloadable Products which are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, before the customer can claim a refund on a type of digitally downloadable Product.

  • From 15days to 30 days from the date the customer acquires physical possession of the Product, the customer must give the seller one opportunity to repair or replace the Product. If the seller opts to repair or replace the Product, the seller shall have one opportunity to do so. If the Product becomes faulty after a repair or a replacement, the seller shall provide the customer with a full refund. The seller cannot make any deduction from a refund in the first 30days following an unsuccessful attempt at repair or replacement. The only exception to this is motor vehicles, where the seller can make a deduction for fair use after the first 30 days.

  • After 30-days from the date the Product was delivered, the onus is on the customer to prove that the Product is faulty. The seller may require the customer to obtain some form of manufacturer’s report, other written expert opinion or evidence of similar problems or defects across the Product range. The seller may also make a reasonable deduction from any refund for fair use after the first 30 days of ownership if an attempt at a repair or replacement is unsuccessful.

  • Subject to term the seller shall process refunds within 14 days of the day on which the customer returns the Product to the seller or makes the Product available for collection by the seller’s logistics/delivery service provider if applicable.

  • If a Product is faulty or not as described, the seller will be responsible for the cost of return or collection.

  • Non-Cancellable Products: The cancellation right detailed at 8ba does not apply in the case of non-faulty.

  • Products made to the Customer’s specification, clearly personalised, custom-made, or commissioned in any way.

  • Perishable items including (but not limited to) food, drink and fresh flowers.

  • Audio or video recordings, computer software, DVDs or CDs which have a security seal which the Customer (or persons the Customer may have given the Product to) have opened or unsealed.

  • Any digitally downloadable Products such as but not limited to audio or video recordings, computer software as the customer agrees that immediate performance of the contract shall result in losses the right of cancellation once the process download or streaming of the digital content has begun.

  • Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines; and

  • Items which by their nature cannot be returned such as where it is physically impossible to return items or where items cannot be restored to the same physical state as they were supplied.

  • Erotic/sex toys where the internal packaging has been opened or the security seal removed or broken.

  • Lingerie, which has been worn, or where the hygiene seal, tags or labels have been damaged or removed.

  • Hosiery, which has been worn or where the seal is broken.

  • Items purchased as part of a set, but which have been returned in individual parts or as an incomplete set.

  • Face coverings due to hygiene reasons (unless still inside sealed packaging).

  • Prompt return of Products: The customer must return the Products to the seller as soon as reasonably practicable unless the seller informs the customer that the Products shall be collected. In which case the Seller shall collect the Products from the address to which they were delivered and the seller will contact the customer to arrange a suitable time for collection.

What is the way of refunds & when will get the refunds?
  • Subject to term the seller shall process refunds within 14 days of the day on which the customer returns the Product to the seller or makes the Product available for collection by the seller’s logistics/delivery service provider if applicable.

  • The amount of refund will be credited to the appropriate account from which account payments has been received after deduction as applicable cost of return after returning the products with good conditions without any defects or the same condition while seller sending to customers.

  • Customer returns the Product back to the seller (in which case the customer is responsible for the delivery costs of such return.

  • Excessive handling of Products: if the customer handles a Product causing wear and tear beyond that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product and causes a diminution of the Product value, the customer may be liable for such diminution and the seller may reduce any applicable refund in proportion to this.

  • Partial Refund: If the customer and the seller do not agree to the amount of the partial refund pursuant to the customer may contact the Customer Care Team for resolution.

  • If the customer receives any financial reward or benefit (“incentive”) as a result of the customer’s purchase on the Oncbuy Marketplace, such incentive received shall be deducted from the refund paid subject of the refund to the customer for the relevant product.
