Shipping & Delivery Policy

  1. If unless there is an Activities beyond Seller’s control. The customer’s order will be fulfilled by the seller by the estimated delivery date set out as per actual in the confirmation email detailed of these Customer Terms, If the seller is not able to meet the estimated delivery date because of an Activities beyond Seller’s control, the seller shall contact the customer with a revised/updated estimated delivery date time.

  2. The delivery will be completed when the items/product is delivered to the related address the customer provided when making the order.

  3. The Items/services& products become the customer’s responsibility and the customer becomes the legal owner of the items/services & products upon delivery.

  4. If the customer received a refund and thereafter the relevant items/ product is delivered to the customer address, the customer shall be contact to the seller to arrange for the return of the product. The seller liable to bear the costs of such a return.

  5. If the seller determines the customer order is a large and/or heavy Product, the seller’s logistics/delivery service provider may be unable to deliver the item/ products to the customer’s desired delivery address on priority in favour of customer satisfactions. In such an instance, the seller’s logistics/delivery service provider may offer to deliver the item/ product to the nearest possible point to the customer’s desired delivery address such as a road, landmark, driveway, alternatively, the seller’s logistics/delivery partner may attempt another related delivery, or the seller may arrange to give full refund amount to the customer.
